We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
• The incorrect item was sent, or
• The item received does not match the listed condition

We grade and list all cards carefully based on industry-standard condition guidelines. We strongly recommend reviewing our card condition definitions prior to purchasing, as these standards will be used in any assessment.

If a return or exchange is approved:
• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and verified
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via e-transfer

Damages & Product Condition:

Sealed products may occasionally contain minor imperfections from the manufacturer (such as small dents or packaging flaws). These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
